The Foundation «Nexus of Generations» was awarded the «Family Relic» prize for the implementation of the Program “Dissemination of a Series of Children's Developmental Aids «Russian Virtues» among Russian Foreign Communities”
On November 2, 2018, on the eve of the National Unity Day, the Victory Museum on Poklonnaya Hill held a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the public national award for the contribution to the preservation and development of the family cultural and historical heritage «Family Relic». The prize was awarded this year for the first time. It was awarded 35 winners from 15 regions of Russia.
The establishment and presentation of the award in 2018 was supported by a grant from the President of the Russian Federation. Among the organizers of the award are the Victory Museum, the National Union of Non-Profit Organizations, the Regional Public Organization for the Support of Military Service Veterans “Officer Club” and others.
The Foundation “Nexus of Generations” became the winner in the nomination “Family in Culture and Art”. As a competitive program, the Foundation presented its core Program “Distribution of the «Russian Virtues» children's developmental materials among Russian foreign communities”, which was approved by the Foundation's Board on May 11, 2018. The program's goal is to help preserve and strengthen the cultural community of Russian foreign communities with historical Russia.
The prize was awarded to the Chairman of the Foundation N.V. Evsenkin.
