Today at the meeting of the Board of the Fund, the Program “Distribution of the Series of Children's Developmental Aids“ «Russian virtues» among Russian foreign communities” was approved - a joint project of the Foundation and the ITB Group of Companies. The program prepared by the Center for International Cooperation of the Foundation.

The goal of the Program is to contribute to the preservation and strengthening of the cultural community of Russian foreign communities with historical Russia.

The Fund Chairman Nikolay Evsenkin upon completion of the Fund’s Board meeting announced this to the «IPF-NoG-TV» correspondent.

As noted in the Program: “Raising children in modern families of Russian communities abroad faces a number of objective limitations in terms of their education in the Russian national tradition. The transition of a number of foreign countries from Cyrillic to Latin, state programs of primary support for national languages, poor development of Russian-language printing, a minor place given to Russian cultural and historical subjects in the local media — all this leads to the fact that children of Russian pre-school communities (from 4 -x up to 7 years) get about the Russian culture is clearly insufficient understanding. As a result, their spiritual connection with historical Russia reduced to an unacceptable level.”

The program designed for a three-year implementation period (2018-2010). During 2018, it is planned to do the following:

- collection of applications for the “Russian Virtues” series from representatives of Russian communities abroad;

- formation of the methodology for using the Series in the home and collective upbringing of children of pre-school age of Russian foreign communities, taking into account the specifics of countries and regions;

- Organization of training of this methodology by the specialists of the Fund of Interested Persons (parents, teachers, educators, etc.) of Russian communities abroad through free webinars, video conferences, etc.;

- Popularization of the Series in foreign mass media (media, social networks, etc.).
